Smoking in public places

Smoking in public places is forbidden and improper because it affects the health of people and can cause some problems for people allergic to smoke and shortness of breath.
Smoking is a leading cause of many deadly diseases and contaminate breathing and cause annoyance to non smokers and therefore should not be smoking in public places at all.
I would advise local governments to provide special places for smoking in all public places and put the disgusting pictures in assistance to quit smoking  and put high taxes to cigarettes .
